My Telstra helps over 5 million Australians manage their Telstra-based mobile and internet services. The app makes it easy for Telstra customers to manage their accounts, pay bills, recharge a prepaid service, troubleshoot tech issues, shop for the latest devices and view their Telstra Plus membership – all in one place.

I’ve worked on both the iOS and Android versions of the My Telstra app as a senior member of the design team for over 3 years within an agile squad, delivering countless new features and uplifting existing experiences from ideation to delivery that were essential to Telstra’s digital strategy. This has led to increasing the App Store rating from less than 2 stars to a 4-star average rating and the app regularly topping the Utilities charts on both platforms.
